Today, I happened upon an Obama video on YouTube of him defending several comments that he had made about small town people being bitter and hanging on to things like religion, gun laws, and no same-sex marriages. The other day I was asked to write out the basic algorithm for reversing a string. I could do it in whatever language I wanted; I chose PHP. I knew that in Ruby you can just do strvar.reverse, but I didn't quite remember if PHP had a simple single function to accomplish this. It does, but there are many different combinations too.
